公司現有中高級工程師十多人。多爲國内外專家技術顧問。公司長期從事廢水治理的研究和治理工作，擁有豐富的經驗和先進的技術，并獲得十多項國家技術專利。

自主研發的新型工業廢水資源回收設備、高精密全自動纖維過濾設備、污泥減量設備、曝氣裝置、一體化重金屬去除裝置、污水處理自動化控制系統已在全國各個城市廣泛應用。

Suzhou Changze Environmental Protection Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the national Science and Technology Innovation Park. Founded by overseas returnees in November 2018, it was awarded as the Key Technology Leading Enterprise in Suzhou in 2019, and won the honor of high-tech Enterprise, Top ten Title of Shanghai Mayor Triangle, Excellent Entrepreneurship Project of Jiangsu Province, jiangsu Science and Technology Small and medium-sized Enterprise and other honors in 2020.

The company has more than ten senior engineers. Most of them are experts and technical consultants at home and abroad.
